Resumen
By means of an interpretative documentary revision, the paper posits that in Hector Abad Faciolince’s Angosta there is a narrative of realism as that which is convenient to the strongest. The relation between narrative and justice in recent academic production is explored; the concept of the just when faced with Angosta narrative is exposed; the novel as a fictional narrative space between fiction and representation of realism is proposed; as a conclusion, it is stated that the novel’s plotting takes advantage of the tensions and tragedies of realism and, at the same time, suggests an aesthetic vindication of a different yet unlikely justice.
