Resumen

© 2018. The objective of this article is make an investigation of Corporate Governance in the universities of Antioquia in order to analyze the risks that may arise due to noncompliance with its policies and to study the effects of these risks on universities. Initially the justification is made, followed by the presentation of previous studies related to corporate governance and risk policies, finally the results are presented.
