Abstract
Firms in their development and structure require diagnosis and analysis processes of its internal operation and must have accurate information from the environment where they develop their production and marketing activities under any of the shapes used in the opening of new markets. From the above, is presented a case study for the Stanley Company and aims to determine the internal capabilities and identify environmental features that should be considered on an external market for study as a potential scenario for the opening of the firm in any of the possible internationalization strategies.
