Description

This research project seeks to identify the flaws that the judicial process presents in the assessment of the facts and behaviors.

Objective

Specify the behaviors that affect the axiological elements of the claim, determined as omission, occlusive and mendacious, and identify the appropriate evidence to assess them in the context of civil and criminal due process.

Expected results

Classify the procedural conducts of the parties, identifying those that have moral, ethical or legal regulation incidence.
