The purpose of this research project is to design a management model for the postgraduate programs of the university of medellin with a view to institutional accreditation, the development of postgraduate programs has presented an evolutionary behavior but also unequal in terms of purposes and purposes, scope and consolidation.the need to generate research is born to give answers to the dynamics of the evolution that these are presenting, that is, although they are growing, the evidence and review of these academic programs shows that they are very strong from aspects such as their curricular structure, academic and even scientific, however the results are not satisfactory in terms of scope, the projection of these and the impact on the environment. this research will also characterize the trajectory of the administration of postgraduate programs at the university of medellin, reference the good practices of graduate programs at the local, national and international level and finally establish strategic guidelines that allow the management of the postgraduate programs of the university of medellín.

Objective

Design a management model for the postgraduate programs of the university of medellin with a view to institutional accreditation, so that strategic guidelines are determined, which contribute to the visibility and growth of the programs

Expected results

Article isi wos or scopus, accepted.management model. pregrade student. graduate students. if the model works it can be offered to other universities.
