Objective
Understand the contributions that the recognition of the pedagogical styles of university professors makes to the improvement of their teaching practices, from the meanings attributed by the participants to the research training experience.
Expected results
The awareness of the teachers participating in the project about their own pedagogical styles and their impact on the success of the teaching-learning process
