Description

With regard to justice, the constitutional court, when deciding on the statutory law of the administration of justice, said that it is an essential budget of the social state of law to have a proper administration of justice.

Objective

Analyze the purposes of the judicial power, from the theory of the social state of colombian law, and in relation to these purposes and constitutional guarantees

Expected results

Identify constitutional guarantees, which, based on the philosophy of the social state of law, must be present in the function of the administration of justice.
