Objective

Analyze the influence of political ideologies from the 19th century to the 21st century on the procedural institutions and the guarantee theories of continental european civilian courts.

Expected results

High level and topical foundation for undergraduate and postgraduate teachers of various sciences and disciplines, among them, law, political science.
