Description
This research tries to pose a situated version of one of the questions that has marked the development of our philosophy of law, that is, the question about the correction in legal reasoning.
Objective
The main objective of this research is to investigate the possibilities to defend a postmodern, postmetaphysical constitutionalism that offers us an idea of ??the objectivity of rights compatible with pluralism.
Expected results
The results of this project will have an important impact in the medium and long term in the areas in which the constitutional law and the philosophy of law are taught and applied. this for
