The work presented here focuses on communication from the public administrations, specifically, to know what is the process that has been carried out to publicize the programs with different focus, which are managed from the council of medellin. it is important to make this approach, because whoever wants to make known or simply offer a good or service, must carefully plan the communication with which it will captivate its target audience, so that it achieves, rather than its identification, an approach that surpasses the reason and settle into the emotion. this is not exclusive of some sectors, on the contrary, it is the tool to be used by all those who claim success in this society. especially if we are talking about organizations, and especially the public sector,where the main role is played by the public administrations (hereinafter aa.pp.) with their public policies.
Objective
Identify the existence of the differential approach in the communicative model currently used by the council of medellín to publicize its public policies
Expected results
Classroom project. scientific article. communication model with social purposes. the articulated work between the university, the society and the state with the help of research, action, participation, generate spaces for meaningful learning. the society is the one who will finally be able to enjoy the products proposed here, because thanks to a communication plan with social purposes, public policies may be more visible, allowing people to know and use the programs that are designed for their benefit . the public administration, represented by the council of medellín. the university of medellín, represented by the faculty of communication
