Its purpose is to generate, produce, and appropriate knowledge for the management and use of water resources by industry, environmental entities, and public service companies, contributing to the efficiency of productive processes and the reduction of risks generated by water, through the study, development, and application of technologies and hydraulic models, supported by laboratory services, in order to have a social and environmental impact.
