It addresses contemporary issues of the application of law to offer legal advice and consulting services of optimal quality to companies (public and private entities) that require our services; formulating projects of specific interest to these institutions that allow the solution of problematic axes in the legal application, generating results of social impact. Likewise, we are able to offer consultancy in legal research.

Products and services:

To offer to the public and private sector advisory services in the different areas of law for the management of risk and conflict within the processes that are developed in the companies
To design systems of preventive law that allow the development and strengthening of processes within public or private institutions, especially the administration of justice and government entities
Formulate specialized training for the development of specific competencies in topics such as: contemporary procedural law, conflict resolution mechanisms, orality, updating on procedural reforms, contemporary evidentiary law, standards of evidence, scientific evidence, medical tourism, international patient care, law and
neuroscience, evidentiary reasoning, analysis of jurisprudential law, legal argumentation, medical responsibility, transitional justice, according to the needs of officials, employees, support staff of public and private entities
We are able to propose research with a high social and legal impact that benefits both the public and private sectors. Thus, we have worked with the Personería de Medellín and the Municipal Secretaries on issues related to the displaced population and have provided advice for the annual report on human rights in the city of Medellín; the Association of Judges and Prosecutors of the country on training and refresher courses; the Cluster of Medical and Dental Services of the city of Medellín, on issues related to health tourism and international patients
Supporting internships of national and international study groups on topics related to contemporary procedural law and contemporary evidentiary law
Intervene effectively in conflicts that are formulated in the areas: civil, criminal, labor, commercial, social security, administrative and family. All of this is done through interdisciplinary work teams that address the needs or requirements of public or private entities from different perspectives
